Pick up at 8:30 A.M from your Arusha hotel and drive to Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch boxes for a full day game drive exploring the stunning landscape of the park, looking for wildlife on the plains, in the acacia woodlands and by the shores of the shallow alkaline lake. Lake Manyara National Park is a bird watcher’s paradise where over 400 species of birds recorded here, including flamingo, pelican, sacred ibis, grebe and stork. Manyara is also known for its numerous troops of baboons and blue monkeys buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo, large variety of smaller animals, and of course: the very elusive tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

After breakfast we will depart Lake Manyara National Park with lunch boxes to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge, the site of Leakey’s famous discovery of fossils for human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Afternoon game drive in the endless plains of Serengeti with a big chance to see the big cats in the world (cheetahs, lions, leopards, etc), elephants, the great herds of wildebeest, zebras. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Today you will wake up with sights, sounds and smells of Africa all around you, and ahead is a full day of adventure in the world’s most famous national park. After breakfast, we start today with the morning section of our game drive in Serengeti National Park, marveling at the stunning scenery, ever changing light and always entertaining wildlife. After our picnic lunch, we set off again, searching for wildlife in this awe-inspiring park. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

After breakfast, with en-route game drives you will leave the plains of the Serengeti National Park and travel with picnic lunches to the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai gorge, the site of Leakey’s famous discovery of fossils for human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years before proceeding to Ngorongoro where the night will be spent at a camp/lodge directly on the Ngorongoro Crater’s edge with a view over the collapsed volcano. It is a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner at sunset. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

After breakfast and descend into the crater floor for a full day with picnic lunch at the beautiful hippo pool. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera with a massive floor of about 260 sq kms with a depth of over 2000 feet, full of grassland, forest and swamp. The permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals which includes wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, baboons, wallowing hippo, waterbuck, African elephants, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard… even the rare black rhino finds shelter here. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

After breakfast drive back to Arusha for hot lunch and then you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight.
